Amy Smith focuses her practice on real property, contracts, criminal protection, and property planning matters. She has represented large financial institutions, small agencies, and individuals alike. Amy has experience in complex civil litigation subjects which includes: breach of agreement disputes; home owner affiliation (“HOA”) litigation; lender and servicer liability defense; patent infringement; telecommunications; name disputes; trademark infringement; and wrongful foreclosure protection. Plus, Amy has criminal law experience, having previously worked as each a Public Defender in Georgia and as a law clerk for the Nevada Lawyer General’s Office.
Amy frequently represents customers in any respect degrees of regulation practice, along with enterprise negotiations and transactional drafting, trial courtroom litigation, and appeals. Amy is licensed to exercise in all Nevada State Courts and the US District Court for the District of Nevada. Amy is a member of the Howard D. McKibben American Inn of Court and a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Lawyers (SNAWA).
Amy enjoys volunteering her time to applications and corporations that similarly criminal training.
