About
Amy B. Van Fossen is a Florida Bar Accredited Elder Law attorney. Ms. Van Fossen mounted The Law Office of Amy B. Van Fossen P.A. (formerly The Law Office of Amy B. Jackson P.A.) in 2004. She changed into born and raised in southeastern Ohio and has two daughters, Katie and Savannah, who each share her passion for our elder community and work in the fields of law and elder care.
Ms. Van Fossen obtained her undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College and earned her JD from Barry University School of Law in 2003. She is licensed to exercise in Florida. Her organization practices inside the regions of Estate Planning, Case Management, Guardianship, Probate and Trust Administration, VA Planning, Medicaid Planning, Silver Divorce, and Civil Litigation.
Ms. Van Fossen is authorised by using the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for the practise and presentation of Aid and Attendance claims, making her one of the few VA accredited attorneys in Brevard County.
Ms. Van Fossen is a member of the Florida Bar Association; the Brevard County Bar Association; Elder Counsel; and The Florida Bar, Elder Law Section, Veterans Benefits Committee. Additionally, Amy is a member of the Life Care Planning Law Offices Association, giving the exercise a “holistic, elder-centered approach to the exercise of law that allows families respond to each assignment as a result of chronic contamination or disability of an elderly loved one.” (About Us – Life Care Planning Law Offices Association)
Amy’s personal hobbies contain our community’s youngsters, elderly, and the rescue of animals. Locally, Ms. Van Fossen serves her network in every of those regions. She is a proud member of the Board of Directors for Club Esteem and the Brevard Alzheimer s Foundation.
