Amanda Smith, Esq. is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, wherein she focuses her practice on Federal and State Employment and Labor Law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Amanda become a Student Workforce Trainee for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, in Washington, D.C. She also labored as a Research Assistant on the University at Buffalo Law School, where she provided criminal academic research in worldwide environmental principles as applied through the USA regionally and in overseas members of the family. Amanda also labored as a Student Legal Intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement; turned into a Student Intern on the Department of Justice, U.S. Lawyer’s Office in Buffalo; and turned into a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Niagara University Psychology Department, Niagara University, New York.
Amanda is admitted to exercise regulation in New York State. She obtained her law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University Of New York and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science, with a minor in International Studies, from Niagara University.
