Alfred “Al” Edward Fargione, III
Al Fargione is an experienced civil and crook litigator, having represented customers in high stakes civil and criminal litigation in State, Superior, and Federal Courts throughout Georgia. Mr. Fargione’s enjoy consists of efficiently proving an Uber driving force’s innocence after the said driver was accused of sexually assaulting one in all his fares and recuperating coverage policy limits for the ones injured in vehicle injuries.
Mr. Fargione obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY; his J.D. from New England Law where he was the Symposium Editor on the New England Law Review; and his LL.M. in Tax Law and Estate Planning from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Fargione is admitted to practice in Georgia and Massachusetts, the Middle District of Georgia and the eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
