A fluent Spanish-speaker and local of Chicago, Illinois, I attended regulation school in San Diego, California. Upon graduating regulation school, I had planned on working as a workforce lawyer at a non-profit corporation as all of my internships were completed at non-profit corporations either in Chicago or San Diego. Unfortunately, upon graduation, jobs were now not to be had inside the areas I turned into seeking. So, in 2013, I opened my own regulation workplace called “Law Offices of Alex Amar Kannan” focusing on immigration regulation instances.
Fast forward to 2019, “Kannan Law Office, Inc.” now has two places of work (Spring Valley, California and a satellite tv for pc office in Escondido, California) and I am supported by means of two incredible Spanish-speaking paralegals named Elizabeth Jaimez and Daniela Sedano. We all speak Spanish and manage immigration, crook protection and vehicle coincidence harm instances.
I am certified to exercise regulation in California, Illinois and Colorado (currently inactive within the latter states). Being that immigration regulation is federal and due to the efficiency of technology and simplicity of communique, we will help immigration law clients all throughout the state. We have a network of relied on attorneys with whom we collaborate on certain cases and we collaborate with a Chicago-primarily based law workplace specializing in immigration subjects.
