About
Alain was born in Royal Oak, Michigan and raised in Southern California. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he majored in English and received a minor in Political Science. During faculty Alain clerked at law workplaces in both Newport Beach and Beverly Hills.
Alain went directly to paintings for a personal damage company in Orange County. Several years later, Alain determined to head lower back to highschool to turn out to be an attorney.
Alain attended the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, in which he obtained his Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Client Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution. While there he acquired CALI awards, given to the scholar with the best grade in the elegance, for Client Interview and Counseling, as well as, Arbitration Law.
Upon passing the bar, Alain determined to parlay his enjoy into creating a regulation workplace that emphasizes the person in particular - treating every purchaser as a person and no longer merely as some other case.
Alain is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Consumer Lawyers of California (CAOC) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
Alain is a graduate of the OCBA’s College of Trial Advocacy (COTA)and is licensed to exercise in all California nation courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In his free time Alain enjoys gambling football, collaborating in outdoor sports, and spending time with circle of relatives and buddies.
