Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. Prior to coming into law school, she worked as an auditor inside the Asset Based Lending Group of NBD, wherein she changed into promoted to an officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, wherein she changed into elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While at Wayne State, she changed into the recipient of Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, Dean Scholarship, and Scholarship for great performance in Health Law.
Ms. Dresevic practices in all regions of healthcare law and devotes a considerable part of her exercise to supplying customers with counsel and evaluation regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. She also often assists clients with compliance issues, compensation issues, and payor audits.
Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (has membership, Health Law Section) and State Bar of Michigan (has membership, Health Care Law Section). Ms. Dresevic is a member of the Publications Committee of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Health Law Section. She also is a member of the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
