A. Renee Pobjecky is a companion in the regulation office of Pobjecky & Pobjecky, LLP, in Winter Haven, Florida where she focuses her exercise on a number of immigration troubles. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Arts diploma in Political Science and minors in English and Business Administration. In 2001, she obtained her juris doctorate from Baylor University School of Law. She is certified to exercise law in Florida and Texas. Mrs. Pobjecky is a member of the International Sections of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar. She is an energetic member of the Winter Haven Women’s Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is currently serving a 2nd time period because the Executive Vice Chair for the Central Florida Chapter of AILA. Mrs. Pobjecky finished her 2nd term at the Florida Bar Standing Committee for the Unlicensed Practice of Law. She is a recipient of the Pro Bono Lawyer Outstanding Participation Award from Florida Rural Legal Services and the Lakeland Bar Association for 2006, 2008, and 2009. In the past she has been a guest speaker at law faculties across Florida for the “Pathways to Law Program” co-hosted with the aid of the International Sections of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Such regulation faculties encompass Stetson School of Law, University of Florida, Florida State and Barry School of Law.
